Most engagements are led by a senior partner from first conversation to operational handover. We do not layer junior teams between the project sponsor and the people making the design and planning decisions.
Where additional disciplines are needed (architectural design, structural engineering, MEP, transport, hospitality operations), we coordinate with established collaborators in each market rather than holding ourselves out as a full-service firm.
We work for the project sponsor. The advisory fee is the entire economic relationship: no referral fees, no design-build margins, no contractor commissions. Recommendations reflect what the project actually requires, even when that means recommending less than a typical full-service firm would deliver.
